How is Scientific Yoga different to traditional Yoga?
Scientific Yoga, also called Sport Yoga, was designed by Ryan Giggs’s yoga teacher for his needs as a football player.
Whatever your sport I can adapt any session to suit the requirements of the group or individual. I also offer alignment adjustments in certain pose’s for maximum results.
Scientific Yoga is for all age groups and fitness levels. No fancy Sanskrit language, Sun Salutations or chanting. This style stems from the roots of yoga but is science based rather than spiritual.

I have been helping people reach their fitness goals for over 20 years. Many of my training plans include flexibility work as it’s so important in maintaining a youthful body.
Yoga is the obvious tool for increasing flexibility, however, there are so many different styles for me to select from when finding the most suitable for my clients abilities, needs and tastes.
After much research and study I have become an expert in a new style of yoga that takes the essence of traditional yoga and adds scientific logic to the merits and sometimes drawbacks of classic yoga moves.
